The Svn is used to share and edit all the documents (doc, jpg, psd, key, ppt,xls ...)The best feature of SVN is that it allows every user to have access to uptodate documents.When you save a file on a SVN it keeps the older version allowing you to retrieve old version o fthe file.It allows the managment of cooperation on files (it is possible for two developpers to open the same file at the same time and the manage the merging of the two files. The basic idea is that a DEPOT of all the documents is stored on a server. The client copy(GET) those files localy on its WORKSPACE and then when he finishes editing them he will SUBMIT them to DEPOT.

Confluence is a wiki. It is intended to create easily internet pages broswable by any user from a template or by designing entirely the page . We use Confluence to write/edit/read the documentation for the project. We also use it to track the different build version of the project and access website on the different servers (integ, preprod, prod). Wiki is also used as a people directory to easily recognize one of your collegue and be able to write emails or finds telephone number. ---------------------------------------------------- Confluence combines powerful online authoring capabilities, deep Office integration and an extensive plugin catalog to help people work better together and share information effortlessly. Bamboo is a continuous integration servers. It mùeans that every time a file is commited to the SVN depot a new version of the website is compiled and published on the servers (integ, preprod, prod). This tools allow the lead developper to know in realtime if buids fails meaning one of the last commit is bad.This tools allow manager to access directly to the last dev or prerelease or stable version. It includes also some very intersting reporting tools
