Melina didn't feel like anyonewould care or believe that shewas raped. Therefore, she didn'tspeak up about it. She felt like noone would be there for her.

All of Melinda's old friends stop talkingto her. They all had a group where theybelonged except her.

Melinda avoided having any fun. She didn'twant to repeat what had happened that night

DEPRESSION = :( NO FREEDOMDUE TO SOCIALWALLS
Why is this related to FUN? Withdepression, it is hard to experienceactual fun.
Why is this related to FREEDOM?Due to the fact that she was raped,she had some mental walls in herlife.
Melinda's life is not being lived in a good way.She may be alive, but she is not thriving. It is nothealthy to live the way she was.
All of the 5 basic needs are connected in away, but they all come back to survival.
