I don't know anything about this so I just wantto learn about all the genres and understand.
To learn the common formats for differentgenres.
CH.1 --> I feel like this principle has to do withbalance too, because different genres needdifferent balances of everything. It's importantto get that correct to reach a specific audienceeffectively.
CH.1 --> Contrast for different genres isimportant also, more business should have lessvisual elements and vise versa.
CH. 2 --> It's important to know exactly yourgoal when designing a template and/or writingsomething. Flyers, resumes and invitationsshould list the most important points in orderand visually pleasing.
CH. 3 --> Choosing the right font design for apiece of work varies between who you are tryingto speak to. Business shouldn't be too flashywith simple contrasts as in bold or not and flyercontrasts can have many colors and interestingfonts.
CH. 4 --> The symmetrical, or asymmetricalbalance with the white balance in a layoutshould be appropriate for whomever you'respeaking to.
CH. 5 --> I think that this goes hand-in-handwith balance from chapter 4 in that the layoutis very important when trying to make aprofessional looking piece, in eliminatingawkward white places and making itorganized.
