FTTH Operation

Add ONT

Fill Customer Information In excel

Check FAT for OLT01 or OLT02

Check F/S/P, ONT-ID and Service Port

Prepare commands to add ONT

Save Configuration

Go to Radius Manager/Login To Radius Manager/Create New User

Delete ONT

Find customer name on excel sheet

Note OLT number, F/S/P, ONT ID and Service Port

SSH Login To OLT Use MobaXterm

Delet Service-Port and ONT ID in suitable OLT of F/SP

And then go to PPPOE User Sheet and Copy PPPOE User Name

Go to Radius Manager/Login To Radius Manager/Parmanent Close

Change ONT

Delete Old ONT

Fill new ONT Serial Numbers on Excel Sheet

Add New ONT

Add New ONT with old ONT-ID and old Service-Port

Save Config

Change FAT

Find Customer Name on Excel Sheet and fill new FAT Number in FAT Colum

Different FAT

Find Customer Name in Excel Sheet And Then ,Check old FAT is which OLT and which F/SP

Delet old Service-Port and ONT-ID

Check new FAT is which OLT and which F/SP

Go to FAT Port-Mapping Information Sheet and Delte Customer Name from old FAT Port-Map and fill Customer Name On New FAT Port.

Go To Radius Manager

Same FAT

Find Customer Name and Fill New FAT number

Go to FAT Port-Mapping Information Sheet and Delte Customer Name from old FAT Port-Map and fill Customer Name On New FAT Port.

Go To Radius Manager

Change Customer Name

Find Old Customer Name in PPPOE users excel sheet and Check ONT-ID, Service-Port is which OLT and which F/S/P

Go To OLT and then Del Service-Port and ONT-ID

Go Back To PPPOE user excel sheet and Fill New Customer Name

Prepare command

Go To OLT and Add ONT with New Customer Name

Go To Radius Manager

Change Service Plan

Find customer Name in PPPOE user excel sheet and fill new service plan and then Copy PPPOE user name

Go To Radius Manager

Radius Manager

Create New User

Radius Manager / User / New User

Fill PPPOE user name and click generate password button and then select all the generate password and copy it

Go to PPPOE user exce sheet and paste your generat password

And then go back to radius manager and Fill Customer Name and inthe Address Tab you must Fill FAT number and then go to service plan box and choose the ustomer's plan and then go to customer expired date box and change the date

Update User

Tempo Close

Go To PPPOE user excel sheet and Find Customer Name in PPPOE user excel sheet

Select This Customer excel Row and Fill yellow color and Copy PPPOE user name

Radius Manager / User / Find User / Paste PPPOE user name and Press Enter

select the check box of PPPOE user and Right Click on PPPOE user name and click disable

Double Check Process

Parmanent Close

Go To PPPOE user excel sheet and Find Customer Name in PPPOE user excel sheet and Copy PPPOE user name

Select this customer excel row and fill red color

Radius Manager / User / Find User / Paste PPPOE user name and Press Enter

select the check box of PPPOE user and Right Click on PPPOE user name and click delete

Double Check Process

Bandwidt Change,Name Change, FAT Change and Line Open

Go To PPPOE user excel sheet and Find Customer Name in PPPOE user excel sheet and Copy PPPOE user name

Radius Manager / User / Find User / Paste PPPOE user name and Press Enter

Name Change

Fill New Custome Name in Name Box and Click Update User

Bandwidth Change

Go to Service-Plan Box and Choose Service-Plan and Click Update User

FAT Change

Go To Address Box and Fill New FAT number and Click Update User

Line Open

Select Check Box of PPPOE user and Right Click ont PPPOE user Name and Click Enable

Double Check
