Customer Empathy Map Template
An empathy map is a system used by teams to understand better the user/behaviors, customer's attitudes, and needs. Empathy maps expand users' knowledge to create a shared understanding of their needs and aid decision-making. Before starting your empathy map, gather relevant research data, user personas for various user segments, and a capable team. Choose an empathy map template or make your own. Quadrants should be included to describe what the user does, sees, hears, thinks, and feels. You'll need different empathy maps for each persona. Define the situation, needs, and goals of the customer with whom you want to empathize.
