Famous doctors in Iranian history

Iran's history boasts many famous doctors, with Avicenna and Rhazes being the most notable. Avicenna was not only a great philosopher but also a medical scholar, whose "Canon of Medicine" had a profound impact on later generations. Rhazes made great contributions to the development of Persian medicine through his in-depth study of infectious diseases. Additionally, Hakim Mo'in was the founder of modern medicine in Iran, Abbas Ali Amini was a pioneer in public health and epidemiology, and Seyyed Hassan Modarres was a pioneer in medical education in Iran.
