What to do
In the early morning, you must stretch before doing any activities due to the fact that active movement is good for the muscular system movements and contractions, making the nervous system more active in the morning
A Healthy Lifestyle meaning also healthy hygienes, in fact Hygienes are also important so that you body will stay healthy and away from germs. Thats why in the morning we brush our tooth and shower for a short minute.
After that we have Breakfast to start our day, to feel energized for working or studying
Right before noon, we start working indoors, for adults they have to work or take care of the house while younger stundents study at school. But when doing these activities they will get stress and stress is usually not good for a body. So try to relax yourself at work an on school.
But nowadays the pandemic seems to effect mankind's daily work which means on site work is reduced. But that does not mean work and school will stop, and the stress is even more due to the fact that some people might not understand how to use the internet for easier work.
So please try to do a relaxation time when recess or breaks starts
In the afternoon, it is a time where lunch is reserved. We must have a balanced lunch in order to work or do an daily activity.
A Lunch must be balanced according to each nutritions, from Protein, Vitamins, Fiber, etc. Probably a Sandwich, Fried Rice, or Probably Something portable that contains protein with a side of Vegetables.
Fast food is also allowed, but only occasionally. And Why is that? Usually Fast food can be served quickly as possible, so people would preferably pick foods that are fast enough to be served and best at cheap cost. But Fast Foods are also not healthy, due to the fact it has high calories and contains too much nutrition that could cause obesity and diabetes
So try to keep your Lunch in a Balanced Diet/Portion that is equal to what your body needs
When it comes to making a schedule on time managing
Fit Gaps of Activities into an empty slot of schedule. Usually making a schedule means fitting Timeslots for Exercising and such other activities, timeslots are indicators of an activity and until how long should it be.
Making sure that you are commited in doing activities to manage time and decrease stress. In order to have a healthy lifestyle you also need a proper schedule with a proper time of rest and alertness for a heathier way of living.
If you are too busy to do exercising or such other activities, you should try to revise your routine and see how it changes, make different schdules for different events.
Tips on Managing time
Number 1: Be aware of your surroundings, Not in a bad way of course! I mean be aware of what time does an event happens (Like occasional stuff that is outside your routine), Pay attention on how often does it happen or how long does it happen. In order to maximize your schedule for a Healhier Lifestyle.
Number 2: Fit in some Timeslots for exercising or just make timeslots for them. Maybe if you are too busy for work or studying, you should just fill in the gaps of your timeslots but if you are not busy, you have a more wide area of schedule where maybe you could focus on your body to be healthy.
Number 3: Pick a Day where you reduce your workload. Maybe by that we could have a more widely free schedule by the next day just to focus on self work on a healthier lifestyles

Stretching
Stretching in the morning reduces muscle aches, morning streches are optionally important so that we could move actively on work or studying
Stretching before work or before an activity can increase our productivity on doing it. Working or doing Routines might be a heavy load to lift in daily lives. Streching might be the key to enduring its load and also a pathway to extra productivity.
It is also important to do stretches before sleeping, in order to maximize comfortableness to rest down and a proper posistion to sleep with
Jogging
Jogging is an activity where you are speed walking in order to stay fit and have more activenss when it comes to work or other routines. an Early Morning Jog is always a good.
Jogging is best when accompanied by someone or maybe in a jogging group. So that jogging with people while communicating with them also makes it easy for a person to actually know how different people live their healthy lifestyles.
Never do Jogging at Night, there are maybe some dangerous people that could kidnap you and also Jogging at night is very unhealthy. Usually Night Jogging is dangerous because of what are they inhaling. At Night Photosynthesis Happens, but the opposite of it, Plants will Absorb Oxygen and Release Carbon Dioxide which is un healthy for our body to inhale back.
Going to the Gym
Going to the Gym can be done if you spare some timeslot. Going to the Gym does not have to be everyday but daily exercises at gyms are proven to be more affectice do to the fact that gyms have complete facility for different exercises for different parts of a body.
Lifting weight are optional, doing push ups and sit ups maybe suitable, Or maybe run on a treadmill. In gyms we are not body building for a healthy lifestyle, but rather burning as much as calories as possible and how much can your body stand it. We humans are only allowed for the maximum amount of 1000 calories for a day, in order to stay fit to energy intake. Burning Calories might decrease your intake so try to do so

Tips on exercising
Number 1: Exercise in the Early Morning is the best time.The reason is that in the early morning, the feeling of air is still fresh for us to inhale while exercising
Number 2: Going to the gym punctually. Some facilities may be taken from you because other people besides you uses those facility. Be punctual and be focused when exercising at a gym
Number 3: Try not to tire yourself too much, overdoing it may cause a lack of energy and air for you, causing for you to faint or even worse, death. So don't overwork yourself when exercising
Number 4: Don't exercise at night, because night is the process where all humans are suppose to rest their bodies. The proof is that, night is where they totally digest all foods that consumed from a day, Plants start to release carbon dioxide for plants to make a back up nutrition for themselves. Night time exercising is also dangerous due to many strangers and criminal lurking.

Carbohydrates are usually the main nutrition that gives us energy
Their portions are much lesser than other nutritions
A Clenched fist of your own hands is the accurate measurement of the carbohydrate you are consuming
For example: Bread, Rice, Corns, Bananas, Potatoes, Cereal, etc.
Protein
Proteins helps us to increase the immunity system in our body
The accurate portion of protein you consume most not be more than the palm of your own hands
The example of the foods are: Fish, Meat, Pork, Eggs and even plants like Soy Beans
Vitamins
Vitamins are the types of nutrition that increases the capability of our body like they increase eyesight, then moisterizes your own skin, etc.
Can be as many as you want because food that contains vitamin has low calories
For example: Oranges, strawberries, tomatoes, kiwi, broccoli, etc.
Fiber
Food that contains fiber may help your process of digestion faster, so that consuming the digestion system can go smooth
