June 12 2023

POM will create 4 new VBCT entry with same LEL CSID with SPIN Attributes and search disabled.

SPIN Engineering will provide new station GTIs to D+ to map it in the incoming API Contribution.

SPIN and SVC will start and continue to publish all detail pages in AHA outside of experimental group

From 6/12/2023 to 6/22/2023PVS Ops will validate the detail pages for data quality, collection page placement and access restrictions.

June 22 2023

If everything is successful, POM will suppress search and disable visibility of detail pages in LEL for EU Sports Extra 4

Any Failures, Refer to rollback criteria

POM will enable search and visibility for EU Sports Extra 4.

POM will validate and ensure all events for EU Sports Extra 4 is published using AHA and not LEL

From 6/22/203 to 6/27/2023, POM will monitor and ensure EU Sports Extra 4 is working as expected and engage with CS to monitor feedback

June 27 2023

Core team will evaluate the EU Sports Extra 4 performance, open issues, and CS feedback and make a decision to dial up to other 3 stations or rollback EU Sports extra to LEL.

In case of Go,

POM will suppress search and disable visibility of detail pages in LEL for EU Sports Extra 1, 2 and 3

POM will enable search and visibility for EU Sports Extra 1,2 and 3.

POM will validate and ensure all events for EU Sports Extra 1,2 and 3 is published using AHA and not LEL

From 6/27/203 to 6/30/2023, POM will monitor and ensure EU Sports Extra 1,2 and 3 is working as expected and engage with CS to monitor feedback

In Case of No/Go,

POM will disable search on visibility on EU Sports Extra 4 in AHA and enable search in LEL.

POM will verify the AHA detail pages are not discoverable in AHA and only visible in LEL

Engage with CS to monitor any negative feedback

June 30 2023

Shut down the Linear→ LEL integration, clean up the stuck workflows in PVS.

Kick off Tear down of test infra/station on both D+ and Amazon.
