Key points of quality control for civil air defense, ventilation, fire protection and smoke prevention and exhaust projects
one
Check the requirements for making ventilation ducts
Check the ventilation duct passing through the protective sealing wall and the pre-embedded sealed wall-penetrating short pipe of the sealing wall. The ventilation embedded closed short pipe is mechanically rolled and formed by a steel plate with a thickness of not less than 3mm (the thickness should also be determined according to the diameter of the embedded pipe to prevent the embedded pipe from deforming). The embedded short pipe of the explosion-proof overpressure exhaust valve is The thickness is 6mm, and a sealing rib should be set in the middle of the sealed short pipe. The thickness of the sealing rib is 5mm, and the height of the sealing rib is 50mm. The sealing rib and the short pipe should be fully welded on both sides, and the welds should be tight. The length of the deep wall at both ends of the closed wall-penetrating short pipe should be greater than 100mm. The inside and outside of the pipe should be painted with two coats of anti-rust paint except for the parts in contact with concrete.
two
Check the requirements for making air duct joints
Check the connection methods and sealing of ventilation ducts in contaminated areas. If there are no design requirements, the air duct thickness should be welded with steel plates greater than or equal to 3mm. The connection between the air duct and the air duct should be welded. The connection between the ventilation duct and the closed valve should be a flange connection with a sealing groove. The flange surface should be turned by a machine tool to ensure that the contact should be smooth. The flange surface should have a 90° sealing groove 1~2mm deep; air ducts and equipment Integral rubber flange gaskets should be used between connecting flanges. The flange connection packing of the explosion-proof overpressure exhaust valve should be sealed with a 5mm whole rubber gasket (no seams are allowed). The air duct connections in other poisoning areas and the flange and equipment connections should be Use a 4~5mm whole rubber gasket for sealing (no seams allowed), and there must be no leaks at the joints.
three
Check the requirements for making ventilation ducts

five
Check the requirements for making air duct bites
The bite of the air duct should be tight and there should be no obvious gaps between each layer of boards. The width of the bite seams of plates with the same thickness and the same type should be consistent, and there should be no defects of different widths. The width difference of the hand-made bite seams should be controlled within 2mm, and the deviation between the two ends of the bite seams formed by the bite machine should not be greater than 1mm. At the overlap of the bite seam, the corners of the rectangular flange, the tee, the four-way pipe and the crotch should be avoided to produce visible holes. Straight pipe splicing should not have cross seams, and the bite seams should not have quality defects such as falling off, opening, not compacting, and obvious gaps.

Check the installation requirements of air ducts and components
①The installation location and elevation of the air duct must meet the design requirements. The installation must be firm and the air duct must not be deformed or damaged. An appropriate insulation distance must be left between the insulated air duct and other pipes and wire ducts.
② The embedded parts or expansion bolts of supports, cranes, and brackets should be in correct positions, strong and reliable, and the embedded parts should not be painted, and oil stains should be removed. The spacing between supports, hangers and brackets should comply with the specifications. When installed horizontally, when the major side length of the air duct is less than 400mm, the spacing should not exceed 4mm, and when it is greater than or equal to 400mm, the spacing should not exceed 3mm. Suspended air ducts and components require brackets to prevent swinging.
③ The flange gasket should minimize joints, and the joints must be trapezoidal or tenon-shaped and glued. The width of the padding after the flange is evenly pressed should be flat with the inner wall of the air duct and must not enter the air duct.
④The connection between the diffuser and the air duct should have appropriate expansion and contraction allowance, and the diffuser ring must be tightly attached to the flat top without obvious gaps.
⑤ The louvered air outlet must be embedded in the air duct and flush with the wall or the side of the air duct. The sealing packing on the air outlet frame should be evenly pressed. The installed air outlet should be horizontal and vertical.
⑥The adjusting devices of butterfly valves and multi-leaf regulating valves should be installed in places that are easy to operate.
⑦ Fire dampers installed over the wall should be equipped with casings, made of steel plates with a thickness of 1.6 mm or more, and wrapped with steel wire cement mortar. The fire damper should be fixed with a separate bracket.
⑧After the air duct system is installed, a tightness inspection should be carried out, and the air leakage amount should meet the design and specification requirements. After installation, the insulated air duct must be inspected for light transmission and tightness. Any light-transmitting areas must be sealed with sealing paste. Insulation can only be carried out after passing the tightness inspection.

Check the requirements for the production and installation of silencer equipment
The materials selected for the muffler should meet the design requirements for fire resistance, anti-corrosion, moisture resistance and hygiene. The muffler frame must be solid, the size of the resonant cavity partition is correct, the joint between the partition and the wall plate is tight, and the shell is tight and leak-free. The sound-absorbing materials filled in bulk must be laid evenly according to the prescribed density, and measures are taken to prevent sinking; after the single-piece muffler is installed, the fixed end must be firm and the distance between the sheets must be uniform; the muffler must be installed in the correct direction, and separate supports must be set ( Hanging) frame; when the air duct and muffler are assembled, they must not be forced to meet each other. The model and specifications of the shock absorber must meet the design requirements. The fan vibration damping pedestal is made of steel brackets with accurate dimensions, firm welding, uniform and full welds, and its height is no more than 5mm. The shock absorber should be installed in an accurate position and fixed reliably.
Nine
Inspection of ventilation equipment and installation
① The ventilator needs to be unpacked and inspected: Check the ventilator’s factory certificate or quality assurance certificate. According to the equipment packing list, check whether the main dimensions and positions of the impeller, casing and other parts are consistent with the design. The air inlet and outlet should be tightly covered with covers. Check the rust prevention status of each cutting surface, the casing, and whether the rotor is deformed, rusted, or damaged.
②The coordinates, elevation, plane dimensions, horizontality, verticality, location and depth of reserved bolt holes of the foundation should comply with the design requirements and be within the allowable deviation range. If the vibration damping support is installed, it should be flat and firm. If the fan base is placed directly on the foundation without a vibration damping device, it should be leveled with pairs of inclined pads. The pads should be placed on both sides of the anchor bolts and fixed to prevent movement during grouting.
③The shaft of the fan should be horizontal. When the fan and motor are connected by coupling, the center lines of the two axes should be on the same straight line.
④ After the fan is installed, the construction unit is required to perform a static balance check and turn the fan impeller by hand to make it rotate. It should not stay in the original position each time.
⑤ During trial operation of the fan, check whether the impeller rotation direction is correct. After no less than 2 hours of operation, the temperature rise of the sliding bearing does not exceed 35°C, and the maximum temperature does not exceed 70°C; the temperature rise of the rolling bearing does not exceed 40°C, and the maximum temperature does not exceed 80℃.
