MindMap Gallery PEST analysis model
The PEST analysis model is used to evaluate four important factors of an organization's external environment: political, economic, social and technological. Through this analysis, potential opportunities and threats affecting the organization can be identified, providing an outline for decision-making. Political factors consider the impact of government policies and regulations on the organization; economic factors focus on domestic and international economic conditions and market trends; social factors cover social values, culture, and demographic changes; and technical factors consider the impact of scientific and technological progress and innovation on the organization.
