1-How is the overall framework for arranging work established? 1) Form a resonance Ideologically, reach a consensus and maintain consistency between superiors and subordinates; 2) Set standards Having standards makes it easier to track and assess, and subordinates also have an enforceable basis; 3) Prevent ultra vires Many subordinates do things according to rules and regulations, but the focus of supervision is always to cut off the situation first and then report later. It is necessary to supervise the subordinates who act arrogantly; 4) Control the progress The bottom line must be ahead of the deadline with subordinates. Many times, due to various reasons, subordinates will postpone it; superiors must strictly control the progress, otherwise it will affect the overall situation; 5) Clarify misunderstandings Superiors and subordinates confirm communication matters to prevent misunderstandings. The superiors will mistakenly think that the subordinates understand, and the subordinates will express their understanding for the sake of their own face; 6) Correct deviations and avoid rushing work Monitor the process, correct deviations in a timely manner, and maintain a balanced workload; In short: "Evaluate the risks and act within your capabilities". First assess the risks, and then decide whether to authorize the work based on the maturity of your subordinates (psychological and work maturity); 2-What is the pace of in-depth communication in arranging work? When the superior arranges the work, employees will have five psychological characteristics: 1) Still don’t know what to do? 2) Can’t feel growth? 3) Unfair to me? 4) Is this work of no value? 5) Irrelevant and stressed? In response to the above problems, superiors need to have strategies to let employees know what to do, grow, be treated fairly, feel they have increased value, and feel no pressure or challenge;
