Compromise can sometimes be a win-win situation; 1) Conflict handling skills are: ①Meet directly ② Target upgrade ③Develop resources ④Common interests ⑤Organizational intervention 2) The most effective way to handle conflicts is direct meetings, which are conflicts that are not handled directly by a third party; ① This kind of direct meeting does not necessarily have to be in person. It can be done by phone, email, text message, WeChat, or any other method. As long as it is the method requested by the parties involved, meeting in person is the best option; ② When people set their sights on higher and larger goals, the conflicts in front of them are nothing. By jointly developing resources, the resources will become more and more abundant, and the mentality will become more and more abundant; ③If the parties involved are really unable to resolve the conflict, they have no choice but to resort to organizational means to intervene;
