1- Set boundaries, rules and standards ① First, managers must clarify the responsibilities and scope of authority for the team and its members; ②Secondly: What should we establish rules for the team and advocate? Must have a clear-cut stand; ③Finally: Managers should set work standards for team members and clarify work requirements to facilitate process supervision and performance appraisal. 2- Clarify needs, provide vision, and provide incentives ① Managers must understand the needs level and ability status of each team member, and tailor their work accordingly; ② Managers should share the vision with team members and form alliances on goals. The vision is the general direction of efforts in the long term and the goal in the short term; ③ Managers should imagine the future and create visions, which will inspire everyone and motivate team members to always keep moving forward; 3- Make judgments, find reasons, and make suggestions ① Managers must often make judgments on team members’ proposals, either agreeing or rejecting them; ② Don’t reject the proposal simply and crudely, but you must also give reasons. Not only must you give reasons, but your superiors must also make suggestions; 4-Plan – Plan thoroughly ① People without plans will always be planned by those with plans. If a subordinate has no plan for his work, the superior will always plan for him; 5-Organization - Complete organization ① An organization without a plan is fighting an unprepared battle. Only by making a plan for everything can we control the business; ② Organization is the guarantee for the implementation of the plan, ensuring that everyone performs their duties. Only a reasonable organizational structure can support the achievement of goals. Organization is the division of labor, including department or team responsibilities, as well as positions.
