Yersinia pestis

Plague is a serious and highly lethal infectious disease that spreads rapidly among people. The main route of transmission is through rodents, especially fleas from infected rodents. Preventive control measures include hygiene education and rodent eradication measures. Currently, vaccine development is still ongoing, but there is no viable vaccine supply yet. The World Health Organization actively responds to plague outbreaks and provides relevant support and guidance.
