pancreatitis
acute pancreatitis
risk factors
Biliary tract disease
drinking
metabolic diseases
duodenal reflux
iatrogenic factors
tumor
certain drugs
trauma
pancreatic blood flow disorder
other illnesses
Pathogenesis and pathophysiology
The pathogenesis is complex and has not yet been fully elucidated. It is mainly the role of pancreatic enzymes and inflammatory factors.
pathology
Acute edematous pancreatitis: mild lesions, mostly in the tail of the pancreas
Acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis: lesions characterized by hemorrhage and necrosis of the pancreatic parenchyma
clinical manifestations
stomach ache
abdominal bloating
feel sick and vomit
signs of peritonitis
Others: There may be fever. The degree of fever is mainly related to the speed of disease onset, whether it is accompanied by infection and target organ damage.
diagnosis
laboratory tests
Trypsin assay
other projects
imaging diagnosis
Ultrasound, CT, MRI
Diagnostic criteria
Acute pancreatitis can be diagnosed if two of the three following clinical characteristics are met:
Abdominal pain consistent with clinical manifestations of acute pancreatitis
Serum amylase or lipase activity at least three times greater than the upper limit of normal
Imaging changes consistent with acute pancreatitis
Severity rating
Mild acute pancreatitis
Moderate acute pancreatitis
severe acute pancreatitis
Clinical stage
Early days
later stage
complication
local complications
systemic complications
treat
non-surgical treatment
Fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, fluid rehydration to prevent shock, analgesia to relieve spasms, inhibition of pancreatic secretion, nutritional support, antibiotic application, traditional Chinese medicine treatment
Surgical treatment
Surgical indications, surgical methods, surgical treatment of biliary pancreatitis
chronic pancreatitis
Cause: drinking
Pathology: Pancreatic gland atrophy and fibrosis, showing irregular nodular sclerosis
Clinical manifestations: Abdominal pain is most common: located under the xiphoid process or to the left of the upper abdomen, often radiating to the waist and back, appearing as a belt
Diagnosis: based on clinical manifestations, imaging diagnosis, and laboratory tests
Treatment: Surgical and non-surgical treatments
