Determination of products returned by customers

Determinations related to poor electroplating must be determined together with the electroplating factory and signed by both parties as the basis for later billing.

Poor plating

1. Cleaning is free of charge

2. There is no charge for deplating and electroplating (sandblasting fee will be included). The billing basis is based on the data on the warehouse delivery to the electroplating factory (contractor picking list), and the monthly reconciliation will be settled in one time.

3. For electroplating scrapping, both parties sign, and based on the data submitted by the quality department, a one-time settlement will be made that month.

3. Normal billing for electroplating

Determination of defective products in electroplating factory

On the 16th of every month, one person from the Dongguan Xinke Quality Department goes to the electroplating factory to judge the defective products produced in the factory during the month. The judgment results are signed and confirmed by both parties as the basis for subsequent cost settlement. The billing orders issued by each party need to be based on this. Correspondingly, only products judged to be scrap can be returned to Dongguan Xinke.
