Construction site cleanup

Clean the table, remove tree roots, weeds, large stones and other debris, and then pile them together. The areas that need to be filled should be leveled and compacted to the specified requirements before filling.

When carrying out earthwork construction in areas with above-ground or underground pipelines, optical cables, and electrical cables, you must first contact the relevant departments and obtain approval before proceeding.

Topsoil stripping

Carefully control the stripping thickness. The stripped topsoil must not contain stones and debris. The topsoil should be piled up in a centralized manner.

Prepare the stones and match them evenly in size

Build it upward layer by layer. Each layer needs to be built with relatively regular and larger stones to form the outer slope of the field ridge. The upper, lower, left and right sides of each block should be tightly packed. The middle seams of the upper and lower layers should be staggered to form a finished shape. Longer retaining walls should be as shown in the figure. Leave settlement joints

The stone sill foundation must be placed on hard bedrock or soil, and the stone sill must be stable.

Plow the bottom level

The soil quality requires sticky soil and mud, and soil with high sand content should not be used as the bottom layer of the plow. Before entering the site for backfilling, the source of the soil and the soil quality must be identified on site.

After backfilling, a road roller of a certain tonnage is used for rolling. The rolling variables are subject to the compaction required by the drawing, and the height is required to be controlled within 10cm.

If there is groundwater under the backfill layer, drainage ditches or water collection wells should be set up around it to reduce the water level.

A certain sinking height should be reserved for filling soil to prepare for the gradual settlement of the soil due to natural factors such as driving, heaping, dryness and moisture.

After compaction reaches the design requirements, organize relevant personnel to conduct acceptance

Leveling the cultivated soil

After paddy fields are leveled, the surface area should be controlled within 10cm, and after tilling, the area should be within 3cm. After dry land is leveled, the area should be controlled within 15cm, and after tilling, the area should be within 5cm.

After leveling, the gravel, gravel and garbage within a depth of 50cm should be cleared to facilitate farming.

Field construction

The inner side of the new field ridge is built with clay soil to store water. The tamping of the field ridge must be straight and the height of the water storage ridge is 20-40cm and the width is 30-40cm.
