Produce videos based on creative scripts or copywriting, have your own ideas, and be proficient in visual performance; 3. Make rational suggestions for the project production process, improve production efficiency and quality, and ensure quality; Job requirements: 1. Media, news, film and television production Graduated from art, animation and other related majors, with 2 years or more of work experience; 2. Familiar with film and television post-production packaging technology, proficient in post-production synthesis software such as AE; have a certain foundation in color grading, and can use DaVinci, DaVinci color system; 3. Be proficient in Pr or AE, and be able to master at least one 3D software such as C4D, MAYA, 3Dmax, etc.; 4. Be familiar with mainstream media technology, video file encapsulation formats, encoding and compression, and be familiar with the conversion and synthesis of multiple video formats; 5. Love film and television, have strong communication and learning skills, have a sense of responsibility, strong resistance to pressure, and have good team awareness; 6. Have good color composition skills, be proficient in audio-visual languages, and have good camera sense.
