MindMap Gallery Stages and regulation of cell cycle
The cell cycle consists of the mitotic phase (M phase) and interphase, with M phase further divided into multiple stages. During Anaphase, sister chromatids separate and move towards opposite poles of the cell under the traction of spindle fibers, marking a crucial period of division. Subsequently, in Telophase, chromosomes decondense into chromatin, the nucleolus and nuclear membrane reform, and ultimately the cell divides into two genetically identical daughter cells.
