This study focuses on the application of membrane protein drug screening in cell lines, facing challenges such as the complexity and diversity of membrane proteins, which make screening difficult, and the binding affinity of drugs to membrane proteins is difficult to predict. Advanced bioinformatics tools are used to deeply analyze and interpret the screening results to improve the accuracy of screening. In the future, high-throughput screening and artificial intelligence technologies are expected to further improve the efficiency of membrane protein drug screening, providing strong support for new drug development.
