MindMap Gallery Application of stem cells in enhancing antifungal ability
Research on the application of stem cells in enhancing antifungal ability is progressing. Stem cells demonstrate significant antifungal potential through the secretion of antifungal substances and immune modulation. Various types of stem cells, including embryonic, adult, and induced pluripotent stem cells, are being studied. Animal models and in vitro studies provide important means for assessing their efficacy. In the future, stem cell therapy has the potential to become a new approach for targeted antifungal therapy and immune modulation, but issues such as immune rejection and long-term efficacy still need to be addressed.
