Chemical products: Methods for making plastic films

The production of plastic films involves raw material selection, melting extrusion, film blowing, cooling and winding, and quality inspection before shipping. Raw materials such as polyethylene and polypropylene are precisely proportioned, pretreated, and fed into a melting extruder. The melted plastic is then formed into a continuous film through a film blowing die, with air blown into it to inflate the film. Subsequently, the film is rapidly cooled and shaped in a cooling device and wound into rolls by a winding device. Finally, after rigorous quality inspection, qualified plastic films are packaged and shipped for wide applications in packaging, agriculture, and other fields.
