Chemical products: Methods for making plastic pipes

The production of plastic pipes involves raw material preparation, melting extrusion, mold forming, cooling and shaping, cutting, and quality inspection before shipping. Raw materials such as polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride are mixed, dried, and fed into a melting extruder. The melted plastic is then extruded through a mold to form a continuous tubular structure. After cooling and shaping in the mold, the pipe possesses certain strength and toughness. Subsequent cutting produces pipes of different lengths as needed. Finally, after rigorous quality inspection, qualified plastic pipes are packaged and shipped for various engineering applications.
