Food additive: Production method of soy lecithin

In the production of soy lecithin, selected soy oil foots or soy phospholipid are used as raw materials. Phospholipids are extracted using solvent extraction methods and impurities are removed by centrifugation. Purification follows through acetone or ethanol precipitation. Subsequently, vacuum drying is employed to remove solvents, and the product is concentrated to the desired concentration. Finally, another filtration step removes fine impurities, and the soy lecithin is sealed in light-protected packaging to maintain quality.
