MindMap Gallery Food additive: Preparation method of silica dioxide
The preparation method of food-grade silica dioxide includes raw material selection, acid-base treatment, precipitate generation, filtration and washing, and drying and calcination. Raw materials can be obtained from natural quartz sand or through chemical synthesis, and are reacted with acid or base to generate soluble silicate. The silicate solution is then reacted with acid to generate silica precipitate. The precipitate is filtered, washed multiple times to remove impurities, dried, and calcined at high temperature to obtain silica dioxide that meets food-grade requirements.
