Lactic acid is produced using sugars such as lactose and glucose as raw materials, with lactic acid bacteria being selected for fermentation. During the fermentation process, strict control of temperature, pH value, and stirring speed is required to increase lactic acid yield and purity. After fermentation, the fermentation broth is processed through centrifugation and filtration, followed by pH adjustment for purification.
