Mole concept

The mole concept is a fundamental unit in chemistry used to quantify the amount of matter. A mole represents the number of basic units (such as atoms, molecules, or ions) contained in a substance, with a value equal to Avogadro's constant (approximately 6.022×10^23). Through molar mass, we can convert the mass of a substance into moles and further calculate the number of basic units it contains. The mole concept is particularly important in chemical reactions, as it aids in understanding the consumption of reactants and the formation of products, as well as their quantitative relationships.
