brief introduction
The work tells the story of a king named Shanruyar in ancient Arabia. He was cruel and jealous by nature. He killed his queen because of her misbehavior. After that, he married a girl every day and killed her the next morning as revenge. In order to save the innocent woman, Scheherazade, the daughter of the palace minister vizier, voluntarily married the king. Scheherazade attracted the king by telling stories, and she told the most exciting part every night. It was just dawn, so the king couldn't bear to kill her because he loved listening to stories, and allowed her to continue telling the story the next night. Her story has been told for one thousand and one nights, and the king was finally moved and grew old together with her. Because of its rich content and grand scale, it was praised by Gorky as "the most magnificent monument" in the history of world folk literature.

Thoughts after reading
Once upon a time, there was a king named Shannuya. He would find a woman to spend the night every day, and would brutally kill her early the next morning. There was a pair of sisters. The older sister was captured into the palace, but the older sister was very witty. She would kill her every day. Telling a wonderful story every night, just like that, my sister told a thousand and one stories and spent one thousand and one nights, so the book "One Thousand and One Nights" was born.
In "The Fisherman and the Devil", facing the devil who repays kindness with revenge, the fisherman uses his own wisdom to paralyze the devil, thus skillfully defeating the devil and saving himself from danger; in "Aladdin and the Magic Lamp", the cunning Jafar becomes unlucky because he cannot get it. He went to the magic lamp to frame Aladdin and was eventually killed. Those who only care about immediate interests and ignore the consequences will surely reap the consequences. In "Alibaba and the Forty Thieves", I understand that kind and smart people can always save the day in the end. We must learn to adapt to changes and not be greedy for cheap...
What these one thousand and one stories want to tell us is that when encountering difficulties, be calm and don’t be afraid. As long as you adapt to circumstances and use your wisdom, you will be able to overcome difficulties!
