Proposed Solution: Will send list of stores under GMC where they can buy and avail 10% discount Voucher must contain the ff details: Employee Name/ID Number/Signature Vouchers must be surrendered to the store upon purchase Store must be given a tracker sheet ( voucher control number , employee name and the receipt number) - Manual Tracker For out of stock items, store can request the specific item then HQ will just send it to the corresponding stores ( Canva Employee will have to go back to the store for redemption) For Cost of vouchers: instead of 10% we will be giving 5% discount instead Canva Phils should send the list of its employees with ID numbers for our reference since they do not have physical id's

Proposed Solution: Items may be picked up by the employees here at HQ OR we will deliver the items to Canva Phils office in Makati then employees can pick it up there ( must be Php 5000 and above)
