This KPA is challenging as graduate attributes at UCT is currently still being discussed and formalised, so to benchmark this is not feasible. Regarding improving and promoting employer engagement activities should be director level and GR; CDC can be pulled in if needed for information dissemination (2 way process)

Relations with stakeholders is everyone's business, but director may 'open doors' for CS / CDC to then take forward and develop

Industry professionals...does this mean Career professionals or employers? Uncertain but logically makes sense f the director owns this aspect

National partnerships to be initiated and developed by director and CS / CDC access these as needed for collaboration, projects, input, thought leadership etc.

As SL is senior CDC, day to day management of team (only 3 in total) can be fulfilled (annual leave, sick leave checking of feedback forms, potentially asignment of 'Ask a Q')

Coaching and mentoring the ongoing professional growth of team members

CDC team need support / training on instructional design to be at forefront of career development content design, development, delivery Therefore does not need to sit with the head of CDC as foresee evolvement of roles to be more "educational content creation and events" if to reach scale
