Opening Shift

1. Double check the actual cash if it is correct with the previous shift

2. Open the app, Press "OPEN SHIFT", import actual cash

Cash Management

1. Pay in

Press "SHIFT"

Press " CASH MANAGER"

Import the amount

Press "PAY IN"

2. Pay out

Print Bill

1. Confirm with Waiter about the table/ticket requests the check

2. Press " OPEN TICKET"

3. Choose the table/tickets request the check

4. Double Check Information

5. Press " PRINT RECEIPT" and Give the receipt to waiter

Charging

In Cash

1. Receive money and receipt from waiter/customer

2. Double check:

Correct receipt

Correct money

3. Press "OPEN TICKET"

4. Pick the receipt to charge

5. Press "CHARGE"

6. Import the money taken from Customers

7. Press "CHARGE"

8. Print the final receipt and give to Customers with the change

By Card

1. Make sure customer know about the card charging fee

2. Caculate the amount 2% of total and add it on the receipt

3. Using device (MPOS/ PAYDI) to do the payment. Make sure get Customers signature

4. After getting the signatures, press " Charge" then choose method "CARD" and print the final receipt for customers

By Transfer

1. Take the screenshoot of successfull transactions/ Check the screenshoot in the group

2. Double check:

Correct receipt

Correct money

3. Press "OPEN TICKET"

4. Pick the receipt to charge

5. Press "CHARGE"

6. Choose method "TRANSFER"

7.. Print the final receipt and give to Customers

Note

1. Customer wants Red Invoice

1. Add 10% of the total on the receipt

2. Charge as normal

3. Get customer information: Company Name, Address, Tax numeber and Email

4. Send to the group "NACO TACO RED INVOICE" the receipt and customer's information

2. Customer wants to pay by multiple methods

Open the receipt (If there is card payment, add the 2% of the amount paid by card)

Press "Charge"

Press "SPLIT" , choose number of the methods, choose the type of each method, import the amount

Charge the method one by one and print the receipt for each method

After all the method already charged, press "FINISH"

FB/Zalo/Hotline/Online

1. Import Customer orders, shipping fee and payment (cash/transfer), and note if the orders have drinks

2. Let Bar and Kitchen know if the order is ready to make until Customers confirmed everything is correct

3. Booking delivery (chi Thuy, Grab, ...)

4. Charge the ticket until getting the payment

4. Always let customers know the driver is on the way

Grab

1. Make sure that the driver accepts the order, then Import the orders,Grab Number and note if the orders have drinks

2. Confirm Bar and Kitchen about the grab order

4. DO NOT charge the grab order, the grab order have to be void next day morning

DO NOT send the final receipt with the order and DO NOT let the driver take pictures of the final receipt.

Be careful because the order can be cancelled any times, so let kitchen and bar know about the cancelling as soon as possible.

Shopee Food

1. Make sure that the driver accepts the order, then Import the orders, Shoppee Food Order Number and note if the orders have drinks

2. Confirm Bar and Kitchen about the order

4. Charge the receipt until The driver pays

Making the amount is same with the amount of "Restaurant received " showed in Apps

DO NOT send the final receipt with the order and DO NOT let the driver take pictures of the final receipt.

Be careful because the order can be cancelled any times, so let kitchen and bar know about the cancelling as soon as possible.

Capichi

1. Pick type of driver (Capichi driver/Restaurant driver)

2. Make sure that the driver accepts the order, then Import the orders, Capichi Order Number and note if the orders have drinks

3. Confirm Bar and Kitchen about the order

4. Charge the receipt until The driver pays (if customer pays by card, charge by "Transfer")

Note

Correct items.

Making the amount is same with the amount of "Restaurant received " showed in Apps

Baemin

1. Make sure that the driver accepts the order, then Import the orders, Baemin order Number and note if the orders have drinks

2. Confirm Bar and Kitchen about the grab order

4. DO NOT charge the Baemin order, the Baemin order have to be void next day morning

DO NOT send the final receipt with the order and DO NOT let the driver take pictures of the final receipt.

Be careful because the order can be cancelled any times, so let kitchen and bar know about the cancelling as soon as possible.

Closing Shift

Take pictures of all receipts in day, send to group

List the unpaid bill, send to group

Take pictures of Pay out, send to group

Take pictures the report in Card Device for card payment, then press "Settlement" on Device, send to group
