- Increase lighting lux levels in basement 2 car storage zone and add a special car display zone
- Add an automatic car wash in the first basement
- Provide power and data floor points in the showroom for car display digital information signage
- Include bollards around the showroom glazing exterior along the service road
- Add partial wall paneling in all office cubicles to avoid chairs damaging the walls
