My name is Layaung Cho.I am 28 years old.I just graduated from co-operative university .After my graduate I worked as an accountant at Green Farm Export and Import Company limited since Feb 2017 to June 2023.At the same time I was joined the international organisation like LCCI or ACCA for my international qualifisation.And now I would like to update my skills and I think it is time to explore to an interenational level.So I decided to apply Singapore Accounting and admin job where I can use my knowledge ,experiences ,educations and strengths that I have.I would to partcae in your company grown and success as an accountant.

Well I was looking Singapore Accounting job thankfully my lovely firend Chan recomment this job.And then I check the Standards Operating Procedures(SOP) for this position.And then I believe I can definetly handle that SOP so I was applied this job.

I have hands on experience with excel and accounting software during my time at Green Farm Export and Import Company limit.I was authoirzed person for all payment and collection.I have strong background in AR ,AP,Trial balance ,balance sheet , Profit and loss, SOCIE,tax report and audit report.

I was prepared full set accounting accordance to Myanmar Accounting standards.Myanmar Accounting Standards is simple and it being developed on IFRS(International Financial Reporting Standards).

In my full set accounting reports include Daily Sale reports,Daily purchase reports,AR,AP,Trial balance,balance sheet,P&L,SOCIE ,fixed asset schedules.other income lists,prepaid and accrual expenses lists.

Trial balance is a list of general ledger accounts.debit entries and credit entries that the business used to internal audit for their double entry accounting system.The goals is to confirm that the sum all of the debit is equal to the sum all of the credit and identify whether any entry have been recognised in the wrong account.

GST is a tax on consumption.The tax is paid when the money spend on Good and Services includes import.Now GST Tax rate is 8% it will increase to 9% from january 2024 annouded by IRAS.For GST quarterly return ,we submit F5 form to IRAS. F8 Form is final return form and F7 is amend form.In my previous job in Myanmar tax return form submit process is similar with this process but commercial tax in Myanmar is 5%,coperative income tax is 25%.

I will describe by myself as loyal,independed and coperative person because I enthus worked over 6 years in my previous job.And also I was authorized person for all payment and collection.

There are so many AR disputes,inventory different ,exchange rate problems,unsteady exchange rate in Myanmar are really affected on our company.

AR disputes occured with some customers ,Firstly check in bank reconciliation and then immediately send the Statement of Account and then confirm the credit outstanding amount.

I just found out the inventory different between general ledger records and ground inventory record.It was not employees pilfer ,it was some of our supplier short shipping.And then match every receiving reports with purchase orders.

Priority monthly report.My monthly report usually start prepare on 25th of every months.That day is deadline for sale reports for that month.

I consider my time mangement is the greatest strength.In my previous job in Myanmar I timely submit SOAs,Financial reports ,tax report and audit reports .

I am not chemical with sale people during my time at my previous job because we all accountant have limited credit amount and term but somethime sale people who were sale with unlimited credit amount because they were try to get bonous.

I would like to become a CFO or higher.This might be a little bit ambitious but I know I am willing to work hard to achieve that goal.

I am expecting somewhere between 2.5k or 3k but I am not very particular on salary how much you would offer I can accept it.

I expect team work,learning from co worker, contribute company objectives and my objective CFO ambition.

Go to the company ending cash balance Add any interest income deduct any bank service fees and penalties

At the end the adjusted bank ending cash balance must equal to the company ending cash balance.

I enjoy working under pressure becuase it held me growth and success.

I don't mine working overtime at all.At my previous job I usually working overtime during business seanson,tax report reason and Financial year end reports prepare season.
