This study is guided by the concept of circular economy, takes water quality testing as the entry point, and科普education as the carrier, aims to cultivate primary and secondary school students' water quality testing ability and environmental awareness, and improve their scientific literacy and social responsibility. The research contents include: (1)科普education of water quality testing technology; (2) Design and implementation of water quality testing practice activities; (3) Analysis and evaluation of water quality testing data; (4) Effect evaluation of water quality testing科普education. The research results show that the water quality testing and science education practice research of primary and secondary school students based on the concept of circular economy can effectively improve the water quality testing ability and environmental awareness of primary and secondary school students, and improve their scientific literacy and social responsibility.
