they now have batch properties to split each batch into just a few rows

feature was refactored to pass inputs to a subflow explicitly (rather than via variable {{ trigger.items }} ) + we now also allow passing raw inputs from a batch to subflows using the read function (see below)

draft PR is done for the progress bar backend implementation, the work around Counter is in progress

for Gantt progress bar in the UI, Yann is on it but waits for the above (counter)

for logs pagination, we postponed to 0.14

this function can read both namespace files and internal storage files from the current execution as strings
