Camden County 4-H Agent/Associate Professor, achieved tenure in 2013

Since 2007, provide leadership to a comprehensive research-based youth development educational program for more than 75 Camden County youth in grades K-13 in the 4-H club program. Responsibilities include program planning, promotion, implementation and evaluation; utilization of a variety of delivery modes to teach life skills programs; recruitment, screening, training, supervision and evaluation of 25 volunteers; program marketing and public relations; supervision of paid staff; writing and securing grants and other alternate funding sources to expand/enhance educational programs.

Lead annual program planning process

Ensure all programs are evaluated for impact, gather data through surveys

Prepare monthly reports to county and Rutgers; submit annual program impact reports to Rutgers

Manage program materials and supplies in various locations in the county

Screen, train, and manage 4-H volunteers

Provide educational resources to volunteers

Serve as liaison to County 4-H Leaders' Association through monthly communications and meetings, treasurer's reports

Work with volunteers to plan county 4-H events

Oversee the 4-H club program

Work with volunteer leaders to manage club operations

Submit annual IRS e-filing on behalf of clubs

Assist clubs with annual financial plan and account audit

Communicate county 4-H events and activities to leaders

Ensure enrollment of leaders and volunteers in 4-H Online, the online membership system
