It first appeared around 1500 BC when the Aryans invaded and brought Brahman culture into it.
The concept of yoga is proposed in the Vedas, the Brahmanical religious classics
There are four parts of the Vedas: Rig Veda, Mosasa Veda, Zoya Veda and Atharva Veda.
It mainly consists of instructions in the form of spells, poems, and rhymes.
The first three parts are for Brahman priests to practice, and the fourth part is for ordinary people to practice mantras in their daily lives.

Strictly observe the "eight branches" to meditate, achieve the liberation of "existence alone", and return to the infinite true self.
The "eight branches" refer to the eight ways of practicing yoga: observing precepts, internal control, postures, breath control, control of the senses, persistence, quiet filtering, and entering concentration.

Tantra Yoga: All beings have relativity and duality. The only way to be free from suffering is to connect and integrate all relativity or duality in the body.
Hatha Yoga: "Ha" means sun and "tha" means moon.
Siddha Siddhanta Paddhati, the earliest work of Graksha, the father of Hatha, introduced many important concepts, including that the physical body is the only way to achieve incarnation.
