Whether you're a shopping mall, restaurant, or online brand, you'll find a suitable strategy: each model includes clear objectives and industry-specific guidelines, helping brands transform traffic into real sales and lasting emotional connections during this romantic season.
This Valentine's Day map illustrates love through 30 romantic possibilities, from the vintage charm of "handwritten love letters" to the urban landscape of "rooftop sunsets," from the tactile experience of a "pottery workshop" to the leisurely moments of "wine tasting at a vineyard"—offering a unique sense of occasion for every couple. Whether it's cozy, experiential, or luxurious, love always finds the most fitting expression. May you all find the perfect atmosphere for your love story.

Basic laws of DNA replication
DNA replication characteristics
semi-preservative copy
Bidirectional replication
semi-discontinuous replication
half-retained copy
Semiconservative replication is the most important feature of DNA replication.
During replication, the parent's double-stranded DNA unwinds into two single strands, each serving as a template. Under the catalysis of DNA-dependent DNA polymerase, the progeny DNA is synthesized according to the principle of complementary base pairing. Since one of the two deoxynucleotide strands of the synthesized progeny DNA comes from the parental DNA, and the other is a newly synthesized progeny DNA strand using the parental DNA as a template, it is called semi-conservative replication.
Through semi-conservative replication, the offspring retain all the genetic information of the parent's DNA.
Bidirectional replication
prokaryotes
Circular DNA has only one origin of replication and performs bidirectional replication from a single point.
eukaryotes
There are multiple chromosomes, and all chromosomes need to be replicated. Each chromosome has multiple starting points for bidirectional replication.
replication fork
The Y-shaped region formed by the replicating double-stranded DNA molecules (the template DNA forms two open-stranded regions extending in opposite directions)
The two unwound single strands of the template and the new strand being synthesized constitute the head of the Y shape, and the unwound double strands of the DNA template constitute the tail of the Y shape.
replicator
A region of DNA replication starting from a DNA replication origin
A replicator is an independently fully replicated functional unit containing an origin of replication.
semi-discontinuous replication
During DNA replication, the synthesis of daughter strand DNA generated along the melting direction is continuous, and this strand is the leading strand.
The other strand cannot be continuously extended because the replication direction is opposite to the unwinding direction. It can only generate primers and replicate the daughter strand from 5'→3' segment by segment as the template strand is unwound. One section of the template is opened to start synthesizing a sub-strand; another section is opened, and another section of sub-strand is started to be synthesized. This discontinuously copied strand is called the lagging strand.
The new DNA fragment synthesized along the back template strand is the Okazaki fragment.
DNA replication with high fidelity
Semi-conservative replication ensures absolute fidelity of information transfer between parent and daughter DNA molecules
Factors related to high fidelity: complementary base pairing principle, replication fork, exonuclease activity and proofreading function of DNA polymerase, and post-replication repair system.
