The essence of user operations and the two-step analysis method

The main purpose of this map is to help operators deepen their understanding of the definition and job responsibilities of user operations. This map achieves its purpose through two aspects: explaining the essence of operation and introducing the two-step method of user operation. And finally, this diagram expands the most important scaffold in the marketing operation system scaffold (i.e., the conversion scaffold) and incorporates it into the two-step method, which can be regarded as an embodiment of integrating theory with practice.
