Customer reached out to advise that with additional rainfall, more leaks were detected and that her contractor would be reassessing to provide her with an approximate quote

Chelsea approved the amount of $3,445 and one-time free R&R and customer was advised of approval. Customer became unresponsive to numerous texts and emails

Customer responded and apologized for lengthy delay in relation to her response to the offer., and she advised that the quote that was approved is not an accurate quote and that her contractor would not have an accurate quote until he was able to complete a more thorough assessment. Customer had not yet submitted photos nor estimate for the interior damage.
