MindMap Gallery Work Plan (First Month)
This is a mind - map of the first - month work plan created by Alfioni Salsabila (PT Tayang Group Indonesia). The plan is divided into four weeks: Week 1 is Observation & Data Collection, with the objective of getting familiar with the company's culture, structure, and current HR practices, including understanding the company structure, reviewing existing employee data and HR processes, and identifying urgent HR needs and pain points. Week 2 is Planning & Design, to start planning the required systems and policies, such as drafting basic HR policies, designing simple SOPs, and proposing a basic HRIS or tracking system. Week 3 is Building & Testing, to begin the implementation of systems and processes, introducing new SOPs and policies to the team and collecting feedback. Week 4 is Finalization, Presentation & Establishment of Presence, to evaluate the work, consolidate the systems, and start building a professional HR brand for the company.
