Daily cleaning and disinfection
Bone densitometer probe: After using the product, coupling agent is easily left on the lower end of the product or around the probe, so it should be wiped with a clean soft cloth or soft paper towel, and wiped clean every time. Please be careful not to allow any coupling agent that has solidified over time to remain on the surface of the oil bladder. Do not allow direct contact with water or neutral detergent on the product. If water enters the product, it may cause damage to the electronic circuit. Wipe the ultrasound probe daily. Ultrasound probes are generally wiped with a soft cloth or paper towel. If the skin at the examination site has ulcers, local skin lesions, or patients with infectious diseases, the probe should be wiped and disinfected with special 75% alcohol after examination. The coupling agent itself has a disinfecting effect.
Monitor (external device): When cleaning every day, please use a soft brush to sweep away dust, and use a soft rag to wipe the monitor screen to prevent scratches on the screen. When cleaning the dirt, soak a clean soft rag in a neutral detergent diluted 5 to 6 times with water. Take out the rag and let it dry to remove the dirt. Then wipe it with a soft, dry rag. Never allow the monitor to be directly exposed to water or neutral detergent. Water may cause damage to the display if it penetrates. Volatile chemicals such as benzene or varnish may also cause damage to the surface of the display.
Keyboard (external device): Please use a soft brush to remove dust when cleaning every day. If the keyboard is directly exposed to water or neutral detergent, it may cause damage to the keyboard.
Printer (external device): Take out the printing paper when cleaning every day, and use a soft brush to sweep away the dust. When cleaning the dirt on the printer, soak a clean soft rag in a neutral detergent diluted 5 to 6 times with water. Take out the rag and wring out the water to remove the dirt, then wipe it with a dry rag. To prevent water from seeping into the printer, close the printer cover.
Maintenance instructions
The machine should operate at room temperature of 15~30℃, and the temperature should not be too high or too low;
The room where the machine is placed must be clean and tidy, and the environment around the machine must be maintained in good hygiene;
The startup and shutdown steps must be completed step by step according to the formal requirements. Do not shut down directly;
When using the probe, do not pull or bend the connection cable at the base of the probe to avoid the connection coming out or the internal wires breaking, resulting in a series of failures that may cause the probe to become unusable;
After the probe is used, it must be wiped clean with a soft paper towel in time. Do not leave the coupling agent on the probe for a long time, which will cause the waterproof layer above the probe to age, causing the water-based coupling agent to penetrate into the probe, causing the probe to exceed the standard or have no signal.
Do not use the probe to transmit signals into the air for a long time. You should hold the probe in your hand and then click to transmit the ultrasonic signal;
A UPS generally needs to be replaced with a new one after two years of use, otherwise the output voltage may be too low and cause damage to the equipment;
The power supply of this device cannot share the same power socket with other high-power electrical appliances, such as air conditioners.
Common malfunctions
Fault 1: Turn on the power switch but the ultrasonic bone density meter does not work properly; Solution: Check whether the power supply is connected correctly; confirm whether the power cable is damaged.
Fault 2: The power switch is turned on but the computer cannot operate normally; Solution: Check whether the power supply is connected correctly and whether there is power; confirm whether the power cable is damaged.
Fault 3: The host operates when the power switch is turned on, but the monitor does not operate normally; Solution: Check whether the monitor switch is turned on.
Fault 4: The brightness of the picture is insufficient; Solution: Adjust the brightness of the monitor.
Fault 5: The printer device fails or does not print; Solution: System Management → Printer Settings → Properties → Clean and calibrate the printer head, flush a large amount of ink and clean the paper guide track.
Precautions
.People under 20 years old are not recommended to use this product to test bone density;
If there are fractures in both legs or joint replacements in both legs, it is not recommended to test bone density;
If there are skin ulcers on the heel, it is not recommended to test the bone density;
When using ultrasonic coupling agent, please do not wear test gloves treated with talc powder, or any other equipment that may cause fibers or foreign matter to enter the probe;
The SQV module and probe must not be immersed in any liquid. Use a dry or damp cleaning cloth to clean the SQW module and probe. , do not mention that the SQV module and display are directly exposed to sunlight and heat sources. They need to be returned to the factory every 2 years for SOS measurement standards to be verified for accuracy;
During the system quality verification process, confirm that there are no bubbles in the coupling agent between the module and the probe, otherwise the ultrasonic contact between the probe and the module will be affected.
Operation guide
SQV verification (system quality inspection)
Press the power button and enter the login username and password after the login interface appears. The factory default username is sunlight and the password is omni
After entering the system, a verification prompt appears. Click the OK button to enter the verification process, or click the probe icon in the lower left corner of the screen to enter the verification process.
Follow the prompts to apply couplant on the probe surface, then place the calibration module on the probe as shown in the figure, and press lightly to eliminate air bubbles.
Click the start button and wait for the measurement to be completed (the system automatically completes 3 measurement cycles).
After completion, the following prompt will appear. Remove the calibration module and read the corresponding standard sound speed value at the current room temperature. Click the Next button.
Fill in the read standard sound speed value in the input box and click the Next button.
Check the verification results. If the result point falls in the green area, it means the verification is passed. If the result point falls in the red area, it means it fails. Passed verification. Click the Complete button in the upper right corner to return to the main interface. If it does not pass the verification, please contact BiMind service personnel.
Measuring the human body (on-body measurement)
