3. review - based on the complexity of the lesson (do rev earlier if you forgets fast)
properl review 1 day later, 1 week 1 month
4. actively looking for the gap and do the testing and try to address the biggest issue first.
9. Start simple and build slow
don't try to learn many things at a same time.
pick a strategy and slowly upgrade in your system. Progrsssively improve 1 by 1 instead of trying to deal with many at the same time
