Preparation of safety operating procedures

1. Basis for the preparation of safe operating procedures;

1. Current national and industry safety technical standards and specifications, safety regulations, etc.;

2. Equipment instruction manual, working principle information, and design and manufacturing information;

3. Past dangers, accident cases and other unsafe factors related to this operation;

4. Working environment conditions, work systems, safety production responsibility system, etc.;

3. The simplified form generally consists of operational safety requirements and is highly targeted. When formulating safety operating procedures within an enterprise, the simplified form is usually used, and the text of the procedures should be concise; the safe operating procedures can be charted and streamlined, making them clear at a glance and easy to apply;

4. After the safety operating procedures are compiled, the opinions of the equipment management department and the user department should be widely solicited, further improved, and after approval, they should be strictly implemented as internal standards of the enterprise;

5. When the four new (new processes, new equipment, new materials, and new technologies) appear, they must be revised in a timely manner according to changes in circumstances;
