A bursting disc should be installed in front of the safety valve of equipment with higher concentration of ethylene oxide. The inlet pipe of the bursting disc should be equipped with nitrogen seal, and the outlet pipe of the safety valve should be filled with nitrogen.
For reaction equipment with sudden overpressure or instantaneous decomposition of explosive hazardous materials, if the safety valve cannot meet the requirements, a bursting disc or bursting disc and detonation tube should be installed. This causes the furnace tube wall to burn thin, and the boiler heats up slowly and the oil outlet pressure decreases. At this time, if the carbon deposits in the furnace tube are not cleaned in time, the furnace tube will burn out and bulge, and the color will turn black or blue. This is the most dangerous period. If it continues to operate, the pressure of the circulating pump will continue to increase, eventually causing the furnace tube to burst suddenly, with disastrous consequences.
6. If there is a shut-off valve or control valve on the outlet pipeline of the heating furnace, a safety valve should be installed upstream of the valve;
