What do we need to understand about standards?
①Standards are specific requirements from superiors;
②Standards are the basis for superiors to inspect work and assess subordinates;
③Standards are the basis for subordinates to carry out their work
④ Usually the clearer the superior’s requirements, the better the subordinates’ implementation;
So how do superiors make their requirements clear?
1) It means to have a sense of control over the work, the key nodes should be clear, and the work should be decomposed in place. The more detailed the goals are, the better; communication must be in place to ensure the correctness of the results;
2) When assigning work, you must set forth requirements for quantity, quality, cost, and time to your subordinates;
3) Whatever the superiors pay attention to, they should emphasize to the subordinates;
There are three types of handover work: rotation, resignation, and process handover; rotation and resignation handover are permanent, please note⚠️ clearly indicate the handover person and successor;
When handing over work, one party has three realms:
①Follow the process according to the list;
② Give experience and lessons to avoid detours by those who accept;
③Leave contact information and be ready for support at any time;
