1-Divided into four situations according to the level of ability and willingness ①The first type: low skills, low willingness ②Strategy: Use imperative style 2-Second type: low skills, high willingness ①Strategy: Adopt guided approach 3-The third type: high skills, low willingness ①Strategy: Adopt coaching style 4-The fourth type: high skills, high willingness ④Strategy: Use authorization 5-The goal is to train employees into positions where they can be "empowered" and maximize their value; ① Not all people are suitable for coaching. Coaching is only effective for people with low willingness and high skills; 6-How to help coachees set goals? ⑥If the coachee cannot find the goal he wants, the coach guides him to combine it with the organizational goals to help him set goals; 7-To find the real goal, four main points are needed: 1) Basically be extended by the coach’s theme and listen to his soul; make some extensions based on the questions raised by the client to explore what is the underlying core thing? 2) Construct a successful picture, which is what the coachee really wants to see in the future. We are helping the coachee experience the ideal picture he really wants. We must be fully curious and find the key points; 3) Focus on finding the very practical outcomes of the conversation? We can write the results on paper and draw a circle. The purpose is not to lose focus during the conversation; 4) Clarify whether this is the real result that the coachee hopes for, find a measure of success, and as a coach, fully feedback to others what the coachee said;
