1-A coach is a mirror, a compass, a catalyst 1) Mirror: The mirror in life allows people to see the true condition of their appearance, and the coach’s mirror can reflect the inner things of the coachee—mental models and behavioral patterns; 2) Compass: The coach always focuses on your goals, what you really want in your heart, and always tells and reminds you like a compass guiding the direction, where your goals are and where your direction is; 3) Catalyst: There is no best, only better. Coaches always encourage coachees to constantly surpass themselves and reach higher goals; 2-GROW model: 1 step: 1) Goal setting // The coach helps the coachee find his/her true desired goals through a series of heuristic questions; 2step: 2) Facts //Search for relevant facts around the goal. There are difficulties and resources. This process requires the coach to help the coachee expand his or her ideas. Find content and dimensions beyond what you can currently see, and discover more possibilities; 3 steps: 3) Selection of plans //Because the coachee sees greater realistic possibilities, he can open up his mind and explore more plan choices; 4 steps: 4) Encourage action//In the actual coaching process, the coach will take more methods to inspire the coachee to act passionately, provide support and inspection, and again adopt more methods to inspire the coachee to act passionately. ; And provide support and inspection, and provide staged coaching again until the purpose of coaching is achieved;
