1-Listening—the 3R skills are: 1) Reception: Put aside your own thoughts and judgments, focus on understanding others, and put aside distractions such as suggestions, criticisms, comforts, and inquiries; 2) Reflect 1. Nod, smile, gaze, body synchronization, record, playback (repeat the other party’s words or keywords); 3.) Restatement 1 Is this what you mean? So, you think..., huh? The core ideas behind the 2-3R rule are: ①Everyone has abundant resources; ②Everyone can make the best choice for themselves at the moment; ③Everything must have more than three solutions; ④ Being effective is more important than being reasonable; 3-Listening is distinguished as follows: 1) Sympathy VS Care ① Sympathy means that the other party has a higher position than the other party, the strong sympathizes with the weak, has a sense of psychological superiority, and can easily hurt the other party's self-esteem; ② Caring means that you and the other person are equal in status, and caring is mutually oriented. Regardless of the other person's status, rich or poor, they are equal in personality and truly respect each other; 4-Persistence VS Stubbornness ①Persistence means focusing on the goal ahead; ②Stubbornness is focusing on past experiences; 5-Facts VS Deductions ①Facts are the actual events themselves; ② Deduction is the specific role or logic that the other party chooses to view the facts. Facts are the truth, and deduction is to interpret according to one's own ideas and needs, which will deviate from the facts and cover up the truth; 6- Goals VS Desires ①The goal is the direction and ideal that the other party wants to achieve in the long run; ② Desire is the other person’s current starting point and desire;
