Email Processing Workflow for Brainstorm Catchall

This flowchart outlines the process for handling emails sent to brainstorm@xmshot.com. The email details, including subject, body, forwarded body, sender, and date sent, are stored in a brainstorm catchall. The process checks if a photo is attached; if yes, it is attached to a SharePoint list as an attachment, but the photo inside the body is not transferred. If no photo is attached, or after attachment, the process checks if the title contains a link. If it does, the link is added under 'Links' in the list after cleaning up the title with a short description. Finally, a reviewer cleans up the entry and assigns it to the correct brainstorm topic, such as Marketing, AI, M365, Operations, Admin, CRM, Business Ideas, Product Development, or GMP. The flow runs and sends the entry to the chosen topic at 2 AM.
